Context

Melbourne seafood wholesaler, ~$100m turnover. Multi-channel B2B sales to restaurants, grocers, and food-services across Victoria. Order desk ran on phones, fax sheets, and a legacy spreadsheet staff had outgrown.

Challenge

Sales reps held customer pricing in their heads. Catch-weight items meant invoiced quantities never matched ordered. Pickup slips re-keyed three times before any line shipped. ~100 orders a week reprocessed for manual error.
