Roles aren't fixed at Flowy — the team is small enough that we shape the role around the person, not the other way around. If any of the following sounds like you, drop us a line.

Operators turning into builders

You've run an order desk, a warehouse, a chain, a kitchen line — and you're done watching software get the workflow wrong. We'll teach you the engineering side; we can't teach the floor.

Engineers who want a real-world domain

Strong full-stack. JavaScript / TypeScript / Node / React. You like shipping into live businesses and seeing your code change how someone's 8am goes. Bonus if you read invoices for fun.

Commercial generalists

Consulting, strategy, GTM, customer success — the kind of person who can sit with a CFO at 9am and a sales rep at 11. Especially valuable in food supply, FMCG, or APAC ecommerce.

Designers who like complex things

Not landing pages. Order desks, pantry lists, run sheets, invoices. If "designing software for actual operators" sounds more interesting than another marketing-site portfolio piece — talk to us.
